Uniden's exclusive Close Call RF Capture, GPS Connectivity, Extra-Large Display, Radio System Analysis, and Discover Modes put the most advanced scanner features right in the palm of your hand. The backlit LCD keypad illuminates the keys and screen, making it quick and easy to set up favorite lists. The department/site Quick Keys allow for fast access to specific systems or channels.

The BCD436HP covers a wide range of frequencies, including 25-512 MHz, 758-824 MHz, 849-869 MHz, 894-960 MHz, and 1240-1300 MHz. It supports a variety of trunked and conventional channel types, such as Motorola, LTR, Project 25, and EDACS. Additionally, it features TrunkTracker V, APCO 25 Phase I and Phase II, X2-TDMA, CTCSS/DCS rapid decoding, and P25 NAC decoding. The included Sentinel PC software makes it simple to keep the scanner's database and firmware up to date.
